Tried JurPC, but it is not really nice. Should better use NRW-Portal in addition to Gesetze Bayern and forget about JurPC.

Improved the Zeit parser, but still unable to do the right authentication / sending of consent cookies POST to get the pages afterwards

Also made it more configurable.
Every single website is now encapsuled in a single class.
The "shouldVisit" methods are legacy and should be removed in future versions
